<p>I believe he is referring to the "HE" in the episode 96 spoiler as Hit, which is incredibly unlikely. The "HE" is most likely referring to Yamcha. He's been waiting for someone to come invite him, it makes sense. Hit is most likely the guy going around and recruiting warriors for Universe 6 like he did with Frost.</p>
