Diablo 4 Andariel Loot Table: Uber Drops and Location (2024)

To say that Diablo 4’s endgame was lacking at launch would be an understatement. Uber Lilith was the only true endgame challenge, and to make matters worse, it didn’t have any meaningful rewards worth the effort. But Blizzard overhauled the entire endgame system, including an evolving system of endgame bosses, each with a specific loot table allowing you to finally target farm some of the strongest items in the game.

This guide covers Andariel’s loot table, the brand-new Uber Boss added to Diablo 4 in Season 4: Loot Reborn.

On top of dropping specific Uniques (giving us an opportunity to truly target farm them), Andariel can also drop the following items:

• Uber Uniques
• A guaranteed Resplendent Spark per week

Note that Uber Uniques that drop from Andariel will be guaranteed level 920 items.

How to Summon Echo of Andariel

Available in World Tier 4, Echo of Andariel requires players to defeat both Lord Zir and The Beast in Ice in World Tier 4 to collect materials from:

• Lord Zir
• The Beast in Ice

Once you have enough materials, you can summon Uber Andariel. Echo of Andariel and Uber Duriel are the ultimate Endgame Bosses this Season (two of three Level 100 Uber Bosses alongside Uber Lilith) and the only bosses that can drop Uber Unique items.

Andariel Location: The Hanged Man’s Hall

Once you’ve gathered all the required materials, you can take them to the Hanged Man’s Hall, in Kehjistan. After clearing a couple of short corridors, you’ll arrive at the Altar where you can deposit the required items.

As soon as you enter World Tier 4, the Hanged Man’s Hall will appear on your map and mini-map. There are no requirements to enter, but you’ll need the necessary items to summon Andariel.

How to defeat Andariel

Most Endgame Bosses have an elemental theme to encourage players to farm the appropriate elemental resist gear. Andariel, however, deals a mix of Shadow, Fire, Lightning, and her iconic Poison attack. Expect Andariel to be a tough boss to defeat…

How Endgame Bosses Work

Endgame Bosses are meant to add more goals, things to do, and ways to make our characters more powerful. These Bosses are Blizzard’s response to the harsh criticism that D4 lacks Endgame content. But how will they work?

Endgame Bosses are available in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4. Each Boss will have specific requirements to summon it, and each will have a pre-defined loot table that will include specific Unique Items and Cosmetics (Uber Duriel and Echo of Andariel have a chance to drop Uber Uniques).
