Las cosas entre Finn y Millie siguieron de maravilla. Desde esa tarde en donde comenzaron a hablar a través de sus teléfonos celulares contaban las horas para volverse a ver. La esperanza de volver a encontrarse cara a cara seguía en pie, mucho mas fuerte que antes.
No era problema encontrar algún tema de conversación entre ellos dos. Las palabras y relatos fluían de manera sencilla. Se sentía muy bien tener ese tipo de amigos, esos con los que el tiempo se te va volando ya que solo disfrutas cada pequeño momento, momentos que sin duda los guardaras como preciados tesoros. Ese tipo de amigos eran Finn y Millie.
Sin embargo, ninguno de los dos podía negar la fuerte y existente conexión entre ellos, aunque, ambos preferían pensar que era un buen lazo de amistad el que los unía de esa manera. Por ahora.
Millie se encontraba de camino a la escuela, caminaba con lentitud y tranquilidad por las calles de Inglaterra. Era una mañana helada, el clima en ese momento era triste y deprimente. La castaña, sin duda alguna, prefería el fuerte calor del sol a tener que usar grandes abrigos para no congelarse al salir de su hogar. Aparte de que ese clima la mantenía de mal humor. — Nope. — dijo Lilia — No vendrá, el señorito McLaughlin salió sin abrigo al supermercado y pesco un resfriado. — comunicó la rubia con un risueño tono de voz.
— ¿Cuándo te lo dijo? ¿Y por qué solo a ti? — Millie se encontraba confundida, no recuerda algún mensaje en donde le informara que no vendría el día de hoy.
— Millister, estos días has estado en las nubes, no hemos tenido una salida de mejores amigos en casi una semana, Caleb me lo dijo a mi ayer por la noche, sabia que no le responderías así que me pidió que te lo dijera yo hoy.— Ahora Millie se sentía culpable, Caleb y Lilia eran de las únicas personas a las cuales apreciaba. Ni ella misma se dio cuenta de en que momento los dejo un poco de lado.
Había estado ocupada con Finn estos días, ella estaba ocupada conociéndolo a fondo por medio de mensajes. No lo culpaba a él por nada. Ella fue quien prefirió al chico de pecas antes que a sus amigos, tomó una decisión sin tomarla.
— ¿Mills? ¿Estas aquí? — La mano de Lilia agitándose enfrente de ella la sacó de sus pensamientos, la castaña movió un poco su cabeza de un lado a otro para prestarle atención a su amiga — ¿Lo ves? Millie Bobby Brown, exijo que me digas quien o que te tiene en marte a todas horas. — hablo Lilia con un tono demandante, cosa que la rubia casi nunca hace.
