RESPONSE..I bought The items atyour store,(as the receipt shows) why will you not let mereturn them?....went tothis store 09/17/2022, showed tech pictures ofbroken pipes. sold me$50worth ofneeded pvc fittings. They were the wrong size. Hurricane hit and Ididn`t get back toreturn till 11/1/2022due torepairing damage and cleanup. Refused toreturn because past 30days.(the fittings must have deteriorated after 30days) too bad $$ come before customer service (wonder what happens behind the scenes you can not see) Beware!!… – show

Just went into buy anet toget Hurricane debris out ofour pool. Would not sell usthe lower costnet. Said they needed tosell the top ofthe line first, the most expensive ones
Because ofinventory. They had the lower cost ones onthe shelf. But refused tosell usone. Iwill never goback. That isa form gouging asfar asI’m concerned.
Inventory, that was the most idiotic thing Ihave heard someonesay.
Take those affordable ones off the wall ifyou are not going tosell them.00

The worst pool service ever atotal ripoff. Ido not recommend this branch here iswhat happened, Isigned acontract with them tomaintain mysaltwater inground fiberglass pool. after the first week nothing but problems. the pool turns green week after week Icall and spoke with the owner hesays hewill look into itI call back one ofthe staff that answered the phone says heis checking the logs and GPS and heis sorry but the tech never showed upthey are hearing alot ofthat and theymay have tofirehim. week after week pool isstill not properly maintained they just put chlorine you can smell itloaded and they turned off mychlorine generator and never turned itback onwhen Idid itsays 75pounds ofsalt needed. Isend them aemail noresponse soI call and speak tothe owner Ineed arefund for the 80pounds ofsalt Ihad tobuy ontop ofthis the algae damaged mypool surface the owner says heis sending someone out tolooking see what they can doto fix itprobably algae staining, they never call meback and they dont care next thing Iknow afull monthly charge onmy credit card for the month again they are unbelievable,so Icancelled service. but that does not fix the damage done tothe surface ofthe pool and out ofpocket for the salt. you would think ifthey never showed upthree times they would make itrite and credit the account they didn't dothe service they should not get paid. Iam looking into the legalities ofthe contractnow.… – show

Shout out toPaP. Had abit ofa communication problem with anew internal servicer. Called yesterday
to question what happened and they came out again today. Did agreatjob. Vacuumed and took care ofitall. Thanks ..really appreciate great customer service.Forgot .few weeks ago while Iwas out oftown, wesprung aleak inthe filtering tank ona Sunday morning.. Water spraying all over. Wife called and they walked her thru how toturn itoff. They showed upan hour orso later
to fix the problem. Ona Sunday! Again .u have toappreciate great customer service… – show00

All Ican say iswow! Icalled them last Wednesday afternoon ina panic. Iown alarge Airbnb property and wehad our first guest book after COVID. Iwent over toinspect the property and the pool was GREEN. Icalled our pool company. They gave mea lame excuse about how Ineeded aplummer. Icalled Pinch aPenny and they had the attitude of“we can get itdone before Friday.” They showed upon Thursday, fixed the leak around the pump, poured some magical chemicals into the pool and cameback onFriday 2Xto clean the filter. When our guests checked inon Friday night, everything was crystal clear. That isa job well done.… – show
