Yes, Pull for Her If You Want A Tanky PvP Attacker

While this version of Illya may not be great in PvE, she's an excellent witch to have in PvP. She's a tanky unit that deals loads of damage to multiple units once her skill condition is fulfilled. Her kit consists of high damage bursts, survivability, and even an accuracy buff to herself.

Try to Get Multiple Copies

This version of Illya really starts to shine once you get her to at least level 121, as this lengthens the duration of her［God’s Curse Unleashed］status, which enables her to deal ridiculous amounts of damage at a 0-second cooldown. Getting her to this level requires you to awaken her at least 2 times, which means you'll have to get another copy of her. Her capabilities further grow the more you level her up, and you'll also be able to get her exclusive weapon at UR rarity or higher, so try to get as much copies of her as you can.

Pull If You Have Other Tanky Units

While Illya is a tanky unit herself, she excels only if you put her alongside other witches that can soak up damage or avoid them entirely. A team consisting of witches that can tank, evade, and debuff the enemy team's damage will be able stand their ground until Illya takes over by activating her ［God’s Curse Unleashed］status. If Illya's team dies before she's able to activate ［God’s Curse Unleashed］, she might not be able to survive long enough for her to be able to take out the opposing team.

Illya is a girl tasked to deliver the Staff of Tikkun to The Successor - the Duke of Fran. The staff was once thought to cleanse curses from evil witches. However, they learned that the curses didn't vanish, but got sealed within Illya. Once Illya reaches 10 curses, she planned on sacrificing herself to get rid of the curses for good.

It was revealed that the demons within her were planning on waiting for the Curses to converge in one place, and they were going to use Illya as a vessel to revive the Demon Lord. However, after defeating and sealing the 10 curses, instead of sacrificing herself, The Demon Lord remained sealed within Illya, but she also became the Witch of Qlipha who bore the number 0, and she would have to travel to the Underworld and find the demon's throne to seal him away before it's too late.

If you don't have other beefy or evasive units to put alongside this unit, you're most likely better off using a different witch for damage. As mentioned above, if Illya's team dies too early, Illya may not be able to deal enough damage to win before she dies.

If You Don't Have Enough Diamonds To Spend

This version of Illya is a limited SR unit. You'll need to spend quite a number of diamonds to be able to pull multiple copies of her. You'll also only get a small window to do so, as the banner you could get her at wouldn't be available for too long. If you do decide to pull for her, ensure that you have a good amount of diamonds to spend.
