-Contains materials embodying the names, likenesses or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead;

-Promotes any particular political party, agendaand/or message;

-Communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and/or goodwill to which Sponsor and/or the Artists wishes to associate

[Evaluation Criteria]

1. Player's Choice: The Design Competition features an in-game voting process. Entries can be submitted in the Paper Aeroplanes Community within the game. Once approved by the system, they will enter the voting phase. The top 3 entries with the most in-game votes after the voting period will receive the Player's Choice prizes.

2. Other design awards will be judged on multiple criteria, including theme, creativity and innovation, completion, judge ratings, player votes, visual effects, and implementation feasibility.

3. Player voting will take place in-game. The final award winners will be determined by combining player votes from the finals. The official list of winners will be announced on the Harry Potter: Magic Awakened website.

4.Creativity Award and global awards will be judged on various aspects, including theme, creativity and innovation, completion, judge ratings, visual effects, and development implementation.

[Copyright and Commercialization Notice]

1. Participants cannot use their submissions for commercial purposes or allow third-party use in any form.

2. Except for attribution rights, all copyrights and subsequent earnings from the entries will automatically belong to the Harry Potter: Magic Awakened mobile game.

3. By submitting entries, participants grant NetEase the right to use their entries for promotion and communication related to this event with proper attribution.

4. Participants must not use the copyright of their submissions in any way that could harm NetEase's intellectual property rights to the Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game.

5. All prizes will be awarded to the authors of the submissions. Prize amounts are pre-tax, and the organizers/co-sponsors reserve the right to distribute awards after-tax payment. If the prizes include in-game assets (portrait frames, custom titles), these will be restricted to the servers where the participant's submission account is located.

6. If you discover that your submission is being misused, redistributed, or infringed upon, please contact Harry Potter: Magic Awakened official customer service to explain the situation. NetEase reserves the right to address any infringement issues related to submitted works.

[Compliance Guidelines for Entries]

The organizer will review all submitted entries and registration information. Participants may be disqualified for any of the following reasons:

1. Failing to meet the participation requirements;

2. Providing false or invalid information;

3. Entries must not violate any third-party trademark rights, copyrights, patents, rights of publicity, or other legal rights. Plagiarism, copying, impersonation, or misappropriation of others' works, including direct use of images from other games or anime, is strictly prohibited.

4. Using unfair methods such as exploiting vulnerabilities or stealing event data to participate.

5. Spreading false statements related to this event or making remarks that could harm its reputation or that of its organizers, either directly or through commissioned third parties.

6. Including sensitive or illegal content in entries, which may damage the reputation of the Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game product and its organizers (including affiliated companies), or including content related to products other than Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game products, or any other illegal or inappropriate content.

7. Using submitted entries for commercial purposes during the event period or authorizing third parties to use them.

8. Violating any rules set by the organizer, disrupting the normal operation of the event, or engaging in any harmful or unfair behavior towards the organizer, the event, or others;

9. Submitting content unrelated to the competition or previously entered in other contests.

10. Using collaborative works without authorization from all creators involved.

11. Using AI-generated content (AIGC) for participation.

*For winning entries, the organizer reserves the right to request more detailed design information from winners for potential future production. If a winner refuses to provide this information, the organizer may decide whether to use the design in the game.

[Results Announcement]

1. Award results will be announced after the event on the official website and SNS accounts. Please pay attention to the award information promptly.

2. Award-winning participants should watch for official messages and follow the instructions to submit source files and verify personal information within 15 working days.

3. If there is no response from a winner within the specified time, it will be considered as relinquishing the award. For the Player's Choice, the prize will go to the next highest-ranked participant based on the in-game votes.

[Eligibility]

This Contest is open to legal residents of the Contest Territory*. You may have to be at least 18 years of age or older as of 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) on June 22, 2024 to participate in the Contest. By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you are ready, able and willing to partake in media opportunities (e.g. interviews, photos, sound bites, video footage, etc.) if required by Sponsor in connection with the Contest. You may have to complete all required entry forms and releases and submit materials in accordance with these Rules to be eligible for entry. The Winner (as defined below) may be required to complete other forms and releases as set forth below.

Employees (and their immediate families, i.e., parents, guardians, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings regardless of where they reside and those living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related) of Sponsor, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, or The Blair Partnership or their respective affiliated companies, management companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and marketing companies and any company in which the Sponsor, or any such Sponsor affiliated company owns a controlling share (collectively, “Sponsor Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Contest. Interpretations of these Rules by Sponsor are final in all matters relating to the Contest.

[Player Submission Instructions]

Please carefully read and make the following assurance statement:

1. The submitted original entry must be created by the participant and must be fully owned by the participant. In cases where the copyright of the submitted entry is owned by multiple persons, the participant must ensure that the entry has been authorized by the other co-owners of the copyright. If a dispute arises due to lack of authorization, the organizer and the sponsor(s) will not assume any legal responsibility.

2. AI-generated content (AIGC) related entries are currently not supported by the competition. Participants are advised to keep the original creative process documents. The organizer may require participants to provide source files (e.g., PSD) during the selection process to verify the originality of the entries. If it is found that the submitted entry is related to AI-generated content, participation will be disqualified; if the entry has won an award, the corresponding prize money and awards will be revoked, and any additional costs or legal responsibilities resulting from the violation will be borne by the infringing creator.

3. The submitted entries, in whole or in part, do not copy any third-party works, nor do they infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other legitimate rights and interests, nor do they contain any sensitive or illegal content.

4. There is no restriction on the number of submissions per participant. Participants may submit multiple times, but each participant can only win once, according to the highest award received.

5. Due to the use of entries authorized by NetEase, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game and its derivative works, once submitted, intellectual property rights belong jointly to the participant and NetEase. Participants have the right to be credited.

6. By submitting the entries, participants agree to authorize NetEase to use their submitted entries for promotional purposes related to this event (including but not limited to display on the in-game platform, official website and other platforms).
