Great food. Only problem is a night they are insanely slow your better off shutting the engine down in the drive through as you move up everytime. Exspect to be in line if there is more than 3 cars for atleast an hour, it's typically that slow. Other than that the people are usally pretty nice at this locaction, only ever had a problem with 3 people past 10 years, and those 3 people are no longer employed at Jack in the Box. Parking is great around the entire building besides entrance. All n all amazing place to eat and visit if your in town or live around.
Definitely need to update your hours for working, says 6 AM - 10 PM yet I got my order steered away multiple times from ordering at 9:30 PM maybe even a bit sooner. Start cracking down on times, quality, and professionalism of working here, used to get a good amount of my money but has since dropped. Do better and start closing at the proper times, not that hard whatsoever. I get the idea of wanting to leave soon and asap, but this is just unfair to others there at a decent time. Once again, do better :)

That doesn't usually happen here, but when people do good they should be praised, So here is some well deserved 🎆👏✨️praise ✨️👏🎆for all employees at Jack In The Box! This is my "7 piece jalapeno poppers". Literally 2-3 of them are all an inseparable clump and even if you did, there's only 6. Come on people, do better. 🤦♂️ You give Alton a bad name.
Jack n the box closed at 10:00pm on Sunday. When Online website says they close at 12midnight. I'm beginning to understand why Alton illinois is a ghost town and very outdated. They don't like to make money or work apparently. Starving the visitors of Alton is not cool!
